5 Best Kollywood Interval Blocks of 2015

The entertainment quotient of movies always depend on three things, mass opening, interval blocks and climax. These three scenes remain in audience mind for quite a long time; I would rather say it create an impact on viewers.

Interval block is one of the prime scenes of a movie. It should make the audience engrossed towards the plotline or should make them guessing, depending upon the genre. Most importantly, interval scene has the knack to keep the seats occupied for the second half.

In the previous post, we have seen 10 movies that made an impact in 2015. Here we are going to see five movies with absolutely remarkable interval blocks.

Thani Oruvan

Thani Oruvan is one of the best movies of 2015. It has class, action, thrill, romance and even comedy. The interval scene amplifies the pace to the next level. The audience goes mad when Siddharth Abhimanyu (Arvind Samy) says thani oruvana, which is synchronized well with the nerve-racking score by Hip-Hop Thamizha.

Baahubali

Baahubali is the biggest block-buster of all times. It scored high competing with many Bollywood movies of our nation. The interval scene is one of the best in the movie. The sliding Kattappa (Sathyaraj) falls under Prabas’s feet and screams Baahubali with his hands raised, typical opening for a great king.

Uttama Villain

Uttama Villain is the beautifully made graceful movie of 2015 yet an underperformer financially though. The interval shot is intense yet poetic portral of life-death circumstances. Manoranjan (Kamalhassan) looks the dying fish on the boat and also wipes off the blood oozing from his nozzle. It is indeed a classic shot.

Maya

Maya is a typical addition to the mystery-horror genre with some exceptional writing and cinematography. The interval shot where the person who was watching the movie goes into the movie and dies was a blood-chilling moment. The credit goes to the remarkable performance from the actors, cinematography and innovative music.

I

I is one of the greatly-hyped big budget movie of 2015. Apart from the terrific performance from Vikram, the movie is technically sound as well, kudos to the Director (Shankar). The interval scene is when Osma panics after seeing her hairy look in the mirror, hunch-back Lingesan (Vikram) appears and reveals the secret behind her looks. Best part is Vikram's imitation of Osma, body language and style. And comes the favourite yet powerful dialogue of 2015 athukkum mela.

I would have missed few movies in my list as I didn't watch all the movies last year. Kindly do add the movies (interval scene) in comments below, if you think is worth it.
